Nursing Leadership Role in Hepatobiliary Service
The successful candidate will provide high-level professional and clinical leadership across all aspects of nursing care.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual patient needs
* Lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of patient services to ensure the highest standards of care
* Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams to review and improve patient care
This role is responsible for maintaining a register of patients with Hepatobiliary Pancreatic/GIST cancer within the caseload. Accurate recording of clinically relevant data aligned to National Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must have registration on the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), a minimum of 5 years post-registration clinical experience, and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
