This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.Manage and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely follow-up and responses.Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials preparation, and minutes.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.Support company events, team initiatives, and special projects as needed.Qualifications3+ years of experience in an executive support role.Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to anticipate needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
