Insurance Renewal Specialist
This role is ideal for candidates who hold an APA qualification (in Insurance, not Finance) and are looking to advance their career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for securing policy renewals, processing amendments, and cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines. This includes handling customer service, sales, or client retention tasks efficiently.
We are recruiting for positions in various locations including Dublin, Limerick, Bandon, Kildare, Sligo, Donegal, Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary, Tullamore, and Galway. All roles involve working in a hybrid environment after training.
* Sales-Focused Roles:
o Generating new business opportunities and identifying potential clients.
* Customer Service & Retention Roles:
o Customer service, sales, or client retention within personal lines insurance.
* Administration Role:
o Excellent communication and organisational skills in a busy office environment.
