Legal Implementations Specialist
to support the onboarding and deployment of
Eudia's AI-augmented legal technology
across major client engagements. This is a
contract role based in Dublin
, ideal for someone who blends legal expertise with hands-on tech implementation experience, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deploying AI-Augmented Solutions
* Map client contracting processes and translate them into codified playbooks and end-to-end workflows.
* Lead smooth, value-focused deployments and refine solutions throughout pilot phases.
* Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow integration.
* Resolve issues quickly and embed learnings into future rollouts.
* Support a seamless transition to BAU through training and early-phase monitoring.
2. Enhancing Internal Onboarding Processes
* Partner with project managers to improve delivery processes.
* Capture lessons learned and update deployment playbooks and collateral.
* Define and maintain best practice standards across engagements.
3. Training & Upskilling
* Build and refine training content for internal teams and client delivery groups.
* Deliver structured training across Delivery, Legal Solutions, Commercial, and consultant teams.
* Upskill a cohort of paralegals in Eudia technology to expand our AI-enabled capability.
* Gather feedback, evolve training content, and ensure knowledge is embedded across the organisation.
About You
* Strong experience in legal operations, legal delivery, playbook development, or managed legal services.
* Commercial contracts experience.
* Proven success implementing technology in legal, compliance, or similar environments.
* Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
* Ability to translate business needs into product feedback to influence tech development.
* Demonstrated success driving adoption of new tools/processes across diverse teams.
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident in real-time problem-solving.
* Collaborative, practical, and comfortable working in dynamic delivery environments.
