Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the local implementation of our global People Strategy, ensuring exceptional standards of employee experience.
* Partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver people priorities and support business transformation.
* Support talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
* Guide and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and year-end reviews.
* Manage employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and compliance with Irish legislation.
* Support organisational design, change management, and structure optimisation
* Champion and embed our high-performance, Play-to-Win culture.
* Oversee compensation and benefits processes in line with corporate frameworks.
* Ensure HR policies meet local legislative requirements and global standards.
* Manage global mobility initiatives and employee lifecycle events.
* Contribute to succession planning and leadership development activities.
* Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Provide expert advice on complex People & Culture matters.
