Pharma Project Manager - Technical Leader
Job Description
This role requires a senior technical leader to oversee the management of a team of C&Q Engineers on high-profile client sites throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Validation Master Plan, Commissioning Master Plan, project procedures, and commissioning and qualification protocols (SAT/Commissioning, IQ, and OQ).
They will also be familiar with Design Review process and GMP Risk Assessment (FMEA) experience, as well as identifying the appropriate Commissioning and Qualification strategy to apply on specific projects and defining the list of activities required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Responsibilities include investigating and resolving technical issues, ensuring alignment with GMP and CQV requirements, and reviewing and following up on technical documentation from the early design phase.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable, as well as experience with commissioning and qualification protocols.
