This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong technical knowledge and hands-on process experience within the food manufacturing sector.
You will receive comprehensive training on all stages of the cheese and whey production process, including pasteurisation, curd production, whey handling, and CIP.

Key Responsibilities Operate modern, automated cheese and whey production machinery Monitor production quality, safety, and process standards Carry out equipment cleaning procedures including CIP Record data and follow operational instructions Work effectively within a production team and independently Essential Criteria Minimum 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, Maths, and Science Experience working on manufacturing/production lines Ability to use control systems and computer-based equipment Knowledge of food manufacturing standards such as HACCP and CIP/COP Desirable Criteria Food Safety training or certification Previous food processing experience Proficiency with MS Office packages The Ideal Candidate Reliable, punctual, and flexible Strong work ethic and commitment to learning Good communication skills (written and verbal) Able to work well independently and within a team How to Apply ??
