I am searching for an experienced Python Developer to join Technology Group of a financial client and play a crucial role in delivering robust, scalable solutions that integrate diverse data sources and power critical business functions. This role demands a strong focus on collaboration, development best practices, and ownership of the entire delivery lifecycle.
Initial 5 month contract
5 days onsite in Dublin City Center
Requirements
5+ years of experience delivering software, with a strong grasp on Python for web development
2+ years of database development experience.
Hands‑on experience building, debugging, and supporting complex distributed systems (Rest and/or event‑based systems).
Experience with modern DevOps practices.
Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface effectively with business users and cross‑functional development teams.
Self‑driven, critical thinker with the ability to take ownership, multi‑task, and perform effectively under pressure.
Domain Expertise in the financial sector
Back office or operations technology experience.
Cloud Native Development experience, including knowledge of AWS and Docker.
