Project Leadership Role
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality deliverables. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
* Develop and implement safety protocols to create a culture that prioritizes health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
* Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce to achieve project objectives.
* Oversee all aspects of project management functions, including risk management, commercial success, financial planning, processes, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, project administration, design management, and close-out procedures.
For this position, we seek an individual with:
* A degree in Engineering or a related field (Civil, Structural, Construction Management).
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry and project execution methodologies.
