KeyGroup is in an exciting phase of growth as it looks to focus on recycling for a circular economy. We're seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our growing Washroom and Pest Control divisions, ensuring top-tier service delivery and operational excellence. The role will be based at their new state of the art HQ in Dublin.You will manage daily operations, lead field service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across both washroom hygiene and pest control services. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop washroom and pest control service teams.Oversee scheduling, logistics, and service delivery performance.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Monitor budgets, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and supervise your team.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Delegation, time management, and prioritisation of tasks.Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, and discipline employeesOperational Excellence:Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.Supervise the Company's supply chain and inventory.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise service routes and schedules.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.Compliance and Safety:Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, whilst at all times complying with legal regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimise accidents and hazards within the workplace.Customer Relations:Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.Identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend changes based on customer feedback.Budget Management:Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.Examine the Company's financial data and use your findings to improve profitability.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational efficiency.Maintain accurate records of waste collection, disposal, and recycling activities.Skills & Experience:5+ years' experience in operations management ( desirable: hygiene, pest control, or service industry).Strong knowledge of pest management regulations and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.Strong people management and organisational skills.Commercial awareness and focus on customer service.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €55,000.00 per yearEducation:Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)Experience:Operations management: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
