Manage Health and Safety onsite and promote a strong safety culture. Management of site plant. Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors etc. Management of sub-contractors. Delegate responsibilities across your site team. Weekly progress reporting, ensuring work is in line with Programme of Works. Ensure compliance with company quality standards. People management of your site team.
