Financial Expert Role
This is a prime opportunity for a commercially driven Financial Professional to join an innovative company.
Responsibilities and Key Objectives:
* Collaborate with the commercial finance director to drive business performance and growth.
* Support the introduction of new product formats and the acquisition of new customers, leveraging strategic partnerships and relationships.
* Presentation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to budgeted figures.
* Identification of key actions to address variances and coordination with colleagues to resolve these issues.
* Active participation in the Budget, Forecast, and 3-Year Plan processes.
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Establishing effective partnerships and maintaining strong connections with all senior managers and their teams.
* Financial Analysis of prospective new customer and product opportunities.
* Proactive highlighting of opportunities for financial process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
