is an emerging leader in AI-powered social listening, helping brands uncover meaningful insights from social video. We're growing fast and looking for a driven, proactive Sales Development Representative to help us scale our customer base and expand our market reach.
About the Role
This is a new position within, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll be the front line of our sales organisation—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You'll play a key role in generating pipeline, refining our outreach strategies, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively research and identify target prospects across key industries.
* Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create new sales opportunities.
* Work closely with the CEO to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and lead nurturing processes.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
* Follow up consistently and creatively to convert initial conversations into qualified meetings.
* Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS, AI, or technology environment.
* Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
* Proven ability to make outbound calls and engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
* A self-starter mindset — proactive, organised, and motivated to exceed targets with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
