Senior Care Management Role
This is a highly responsible leadership position that entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential care facility.
About the Position:
* Support the Centre Manager in managing the team and ensuring excellent care delivery to residents.
* Promote teamwork, take responsibility for administration tasks, and coordinate staff under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with residents, ensuring their needs are met through various activities as outlined in their Care Plans.
* Develop professional relationships and effective communication skills with residents, serving as a positive role model.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Contribute to a work environment that fosters colleague development and supports high performance.
* Establish and maintain good relations with the local community.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or other relevant recognized qualifications.
* Have at least 2 years' experience working in social care at a grade level involving children/young persons.
* Demonstrate ability to promote teamwork, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
