We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator (Depot Support Specialist) based near Dublin Airport, to help keep our repair and service operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in managing parts, tracking inventory, and supporting the movement of equipment through the depot — from arrival to shipment.
You'll be responsible for making sure all information is entered accurately into our systems (currently Opera, soon moving to SAP) and for helping the team stay organised, compliant, and efficient. If you enjoy keeping things in order, working with people, and solving day-to-day challenges, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, technical environment.
What You'll Do
* Track and record equipment, parts, and repairs in SAP and other systems.
* Support depot operations, including goods in/out, stock counts, and parts transfers.
* Coordinate shipping activities — including international shipments — ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Handle inventory management, ensuring items are correctly logged, stored, and counted.
* Support team training and provide coverage for colleagues when needed.
* Respond to depot-related queries and maintain accurate communication with other teams.
* Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies, including export control regulations.
* Participate in audits and process improvement activities (such as 5S or Lean initiatives).
What We're Looking For
* Experience in warehouse, logistics, or service operations environments.
* Comfortable using SAP (or similar business systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A team player who's reliable, flexible, and proactive.
* Willingness to complete relevant training, such as:
* Hazmat or Radiation Safety certification
* Forklift licence
* 5S / Lean training
Nice to Have
* Associate's degree or coursework in business, logistics, or operations.
* Previous experience supporting service or depot processes.
* Familiarity with export regulations and ISO audit processes.
