We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the operational success of our Dublin properties. As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consistent brand standards and driving strong commercial performance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multi-site operations to drive business growth and excellence
* Collaborate with General Managers to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of engagement
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, audit compliance, and health & safety outcomes
* Own the guest experience, leveraging data and feedback to inform service improvements
* Identify and develop talent pipelines and succession plans to support regional growth
* Manage forecasts and strategic planning to optimise revenue and margin
* Partner with central functions to drive business success and support growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum 4 years' experience leading multiple hospitality sites at GM, Cluster, Regional or Senior level
* Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue optimisation expertise
* Strong knowledge of the Irish/European hotel market
* Proven ability to lead change and elevate service performance
* F&B operational experience advantageous
* A commercially driven leadership style with a focus on people and innovation
