We are seeking a highly motivated Access To Care Professional to join our dynamic team at UPMC Whitfield Hospital in Waterford, Ireland.
* Work as part of an efficient and organized unit supporting admissions, outpatients, and radiology reception services.
* Be responsible for admitting patients in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
* Handle cash transactions, perform end-of-day balancing, and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with other teams to ensure safe handling and processing of patient records.
The ideal candidate will have 12 months of experience in a similar role or healthcare setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. They should be well-organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and drive results.
