Job Description
This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working across incident triage, customer queries, cloud security investigations, and general threat analysis.
The successful candidate will act as a key contact point for security-related issues, helping both internal teams and external customers understand risk, respond to incidents, and improve overall security maturity.
* Handle inbound security queries and investigations, ensuring quick and clear resolution.
* Support internal teams during security incidents by triaging alerts, coordinating updates, and documenting findings.
* Explain security risks in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
* Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring trust and clarity across all interactions.
* Work with engineering and cloud teams to analyze logs, review configurations, and assist with platform security improvements.
* Develop lightweight playbooks, process documents, and knowledge articles to support security operations.
* Help identify repetitive tasks and propose automation improvements.
* Contribute to internal awareness sessions and security best-practice training.
* Participate in an on-call rotation when required.
