Job Title: Front of House Supervisor and General Manager. We are now looking to expand our team and seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Restaurant & Bar Front of House Supervisor and General Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.
* Manage table assignments.
* Monitor and control labour costs, inventory, and supplies.
* Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and menu execution.
* Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
* Participate in staff training and development programs.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* The General manager would ideally have a proven record in a similar role.
* Success in leading teams and driving sales growth.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and customer service standards.
* Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
