Role Overview
As a key liaison between finance and technology stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in driving PeopleSoft-related initiatives forward. Your expertise in financial analysis, technical documentation, and system enhancements will be instrumental in streamlining business processes and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and document business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Support and enhance PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Billing, Treasury, etc.).
* Lead and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing cycles, and UAT.
* Troubleshoot and resolve finance system issues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Requirements
* 6+ years' experience as a Finance or Technical Business Analyst in a finance-heavy environment.
* Strong PeopleSoft Financials experience (configuration, analysis, reporting, enhancements).
* A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (e.g., month-end, consolidation, GL structure).
* Prior experience in insurance or reinsurance is highly advantageous.
