* As a Naval Operations Officer, you are responsible for the overall running and operational readiness of a vessel.
* Duties include Bridge Watchkeeping, overseeing safe navigation and ensuring the safety of the ship and crew.
* You will lead teams during enforcement operations, playing a key leadership role in maritime law enforcement.
* Over time, Operations Officers may progress to Commanding Officer status, responsible for leading a ship and its crew on domestic and international missions.
To be eligible, candidates must meet medical, physical, and security clearance standards, possess relevant certifications, or equivalent qualifications.
The recruitment process includes a competency-based interview, medical exam, and vetting, all conducted at the Naval Base.
