The Role;
Reporting to the Reception Manager, you must ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with departmental and hotel standards to provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.
All duties must be carried out in accordance with statutory health & safety requirements.

Primary duties and responsibilities
Work in conjunction with the Housekeeping and Restaurant team, to ensure the consistent smooth running of Hotel service.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
To ensure effective stock control and food preparation is monitored daily.
Assist with various other Kitchen duties as required.
To ensure that cleanliness and food safety is adhered at all times - HACCP Management
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Night Porter is required
Good IT skills are essential for this role
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Able to work over a 7-day rota with a mix of Day & Evening Shifts

Experience:
Previous Night Porter experience
Strong English
Good IT skills
Part-time;
Averaging 30 hours per week
