About the role:We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Broker Coordinator to support the effective operation and ongoing development of our broker sales channel. In this key role, you will help ensure that all broker activity is managed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join our expanding Energy team, playing a central part in strengthening our broker relationships and supporting the growth of our business.Key Responsibilities:Managing and maintaining the Broker Sales inbox, responding to Broker queries in a timely and professional mannerWork pro-actively with all Brokers to address queries/ issues to ensure they are resolved promptly.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Co-ordinate broker invoicing and broker invoice queries.Maintain high company standards of complianceWork together with all Flogas internal and external departments.Provide regular reporting of customer numbers acquired through broker channelsAccount Management duties where necessaryEnsure all data is processed and sent by brokers in line with GDPR regulationsMaintain a log of broker related complaints with follow up actions for policy / compliance breaches and escalation in the case of repeat breaches.Flexibility is essential as additional duties may be required.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Leaving Certificate education and bring valuable experience from the natural gas or electricity market, with exposure to working with brokers or managing external sales queries considered a strong advantage. Prior experience as an administrative assistant-particularly within the energy industry-will be highly beneficial. They will be exceptionally well-organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a busy environment.
