About the Role
We are seeking a
Compliance Analyst / Regulatory Operations Associate
to support the company's ongoing adherence to local and international compliance standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational transparency, ensuring timely reporting, and implementing policies aligned with regulatory expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to review documentation, monitor procedures, and assist in internal audits and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
* Support the preparation and submission of required regulatory filings and reports
* Conduct regular reviews of documentation to identify and resolve inconsistencies
* Collaborate with internal departments to improve compliance workflows and recordkeeping
* Maintain organized and auditable data for inspections and internal assessments
* Assist in implementing updates to compliance programs as regulations evolve
* Contribute to risk assessments and policy reviews when required
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU, Irish, or UK compliance standards)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
* Experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory operations is an advantage
