Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be working alongside a senior site manager and project manager on a brand-new commercial job in co. Laois.
The role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of projects, managing manpower on site, attending meetings, updating the site diary, reporting on project progress and cost, supervising works on site, and ensuring company compliance.
Requirements
* A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
* A minimum of 1-2 years experience is necessary for this role with a main contractor in ROI.
* The ideal candidate must be confident in their ability to make decisions, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, plan and prioritize workload efficiently.
* Strong IT skills are essential for success in this position.
