About the Role
We're looking for a driven Coordinator to support the real-time management of technical service tickets and project tasks at DEITG.
Reporting to the relevant managers, this role is key to enhancing operational performance across our service and project teams.
You'll help streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and supporting the adoption of automation and best practices, contributing to DEITG's evolution into a more scalable and efficient organisation.
Responsibilities
Triage new tickets, set/revise priorities, and dispatch work.
Maintain queue hygiene: accurate fields, next steps, and update times.
Ensure customers receive timely updates
Monitor SLA compliance and escalate tickets
Maintain dashboards for ticket aging, SLA breaches, and workload balance.
Track project tasks and milestones in the project management tool.
Ensure engineers update task status and documentation.
Coordinate scheduling between project engineers and service work.
Communicate progress to stakeholders (internal and external).
Maintain project dashboards (milestones, risks, resource allocation).
Assist with project reporting and scorecards for EOS L10 meetings.
Run daily pulse meetings (tickets + project priorities).
Spot bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Facilitate collaboration between service desk and project teams.
Set priorities, schedule engineers, update dashboards, send customer/project updates, escalate risks.

This is not a remote role; you'll work full-time from our Cork office.
