The Role:
Senior Sales Executive
required to join the commercial team and drive
new business growth across Europe
. You will focus predominantly on acquiring new clients, opening new markets, and building relationships with senior stakeholders in multinational companies.
Responsibilities:
* Drive
new business development
across Europe by identifying, targeting, and closing opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, HR, and payroll leaders.
* Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals – with a focus on acquiring new clients.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategy and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
* Provide market insights to influence product development and go-to-market approaches.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of
new business sales
in payroll, HR-tech, fintech, or SaaS solutions.
* Experience selling to multinational companies or managing complex, cross-border deals.
* Strong understanding of payroll, HR processes, and compliance challenges.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a fast-paced scaling environment.
* Ability to work remotely across European time zones and travel occasionally if needed.
