Your new role includes:
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Processing incoming orders and help customers with order enquiries.
Processing invoices and assisting with the accounts function.
Maintaining accurate and organized document filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff, facilitating efficient time management.
Experience you need:
Proven experience as an administrator, ideally coming from construction industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and office management software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
