Overview
What you get to do in this role: Design and lead development of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact, from automation and insights to intelligent customer experiences. Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable systems with a focus on AI integration, applying best practices in architecture, testing, CI/CD, and performance at scale. Partner with product owners and cross-functional leaders to shape technical strategy, translating complex business challenges into AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable results. Drive the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, model integration, monitoring, and continuous improvement, at both the product and platform level. Explore and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, LLMs, and automation tools, prototyping innovative solutions and guiding adoption across teams. Serve as a technical leader and mentor, promoting knowledge-sharing, AI literacy, and responsible adoption of AI practices across engineering teams. Influence and define architectural standards, ensuring alignment with long-term business and technology strategy.
Qualifications
* Deep expertise in leveraging AI to drive business and operational impact, with a proven ability to integrate AI into large-scale systems, workflows, and customer experiences.
* 10+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language, including architecting and delivering complex, high-performance systems.
* Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), with a focus on intelligent, componentized solutions.
* Strong command of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and large-scale system design.
* Experience with cloud platforms and AI services, with the ability to assess trade-offs and architect solutions that scale.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects with material technical risk, driving impact across teams and organizations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers at all levels.
