Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Night Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night.
* This includes providing excellent customer service, managing guest relations, and performing various administrative tasks such as running the night audit report and checking guests in and out.
Main Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the night
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
* Managing front office duties, including running the night audit report and checking guests in and out
* Supervising the night porter and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of the hotel
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous nights or hotel reception experience
* The ability to work 5 nights over 7, including weekends
* At least 2 years of experience working in a customer/guest-facing position
* Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others
* A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
* The ability to work on their initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
