1. Production Planning: Coordinate with teams to plan and execute production activities from intake of raw materials to dispatch of finished products.
2. Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage orders and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
3. Material Ordering: Source and procure high-quality materials and supplies in a timely manner.
4. Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with sales, purchasing and production staff to achieve common goals.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience: 10+ years in a related field with a proven track record of success in production management
* Education: 3rd level qualification in a relevant field
