On behalf of my client, based in Galway City Centre, I am recruiting for temporary Customer Service Representatives.
Contract length: 9th December - 28th February **** Hours of work: 35 hours per week (1-2 weekends per month) Shift times: 7am - 3pm 8am - 4pm 9am - 5pm 2pm - 10pm Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Respond to customer questions in a polite and helpful way.
Answer incoming calls within agreed time frames and explain policy details clearly.
Record full and accurate notes for every customer call.
Work towards set targets and performance goals.
Work with other teams to make sure customers receive a high level of service.
Communicate with 3rd party suppliers to help progress customer cases.
Complete general admin tasks such as approving invoices and filing.
