Job Title: Training Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Training Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees. This includes assessing training requirements, developing engaging instructional materials, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining accurate training records.

* Maintenance, update, and promotion of Nvolve, an essential tool for our employees.
* Delivery of induction training, including manual handling, food safety, and completion of associated paperwork.
* Enrolment of new employees on the clocking system.
* Design and development of in-house training programs for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to develop high-quality training materials and utilize training software proficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a training management system are highly desirable.
