We are seeking an accomplished Sales professional to join our expanding team as a Regional Business Developer.
This is a full-time, permanent role that will drive sales growth across Tipperary, Clare and Limerick regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies to expand the company's retail fuel network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the assigned region.
* Drive new business initiatives, including partnerships and supply agreements to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention, profitability and long-term growth.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Wholesale and Retail Fuels teams to align strategies and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitors and new opportunities to inform strategy and drive growth.
* Manage customer accounts, credit monitoring and CRM records to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Presents tailored commercial solutions to customers while upholding brand standards.
* Support marketing initiatives, network expansion and cross-functional projects to deliver operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience as a Regional Business Developer, Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager.
* Experience within the fuels, energy, FMCG or B2B sectors.
* Full, clean driver's license.
* Commercially focused with strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
