Business Intelligence Analyst
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Payroll.
* You will partner with the HR and Payroll teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
* Configuration of key HRMS components such as Flexfields, SITs, EITs and Templates is also expected.
* The role involves developing and maintaining Oracle E-BS CEMLIs using PL/SQL, APEX, Forms and Reports.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in Oracle HRMS and Payroll.
* A strong background in PL/SQL development is necessary.
* Experience in Oracle APEX and BI/XML Publisher is advantageous.
* Proven ability to document, configure and enhance HR modules.
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is beneficial but not essential.
