Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Tender Administration
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the administrative and transactional aspects of the tendering process in collaboration with our Supply Chain team.
* Manage key milestones, ensuring timely delivery of all tender activities.
* Prepare and upload documentation to relevant platforms, including the EU Journal and eTenders.
* Coordinate correspondence at both pre- and post-tender stages, facilitating seamless communication among stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the clarification process, assisting in opening and archiving submissions, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
This role requires effective liaison with various business functions to identify potential risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of tender administration processes, ultimately enhancing our organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
