We're growing fast and looking for a driven, proactive Sales Development Representative to help us scale our customer base and expand our market reach.About the RoleThis is a new position within, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll be the front line of our sales organisation—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You'll play a key role in generating pipeline, refining our outreach strategies, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively research and identify target prospects across key industries.Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create new sales opportunities.Work closely with the CEO to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and lead nurturing processes.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.Follow up consistently and creatively to convert initial conversations into qualified meetings.Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS, AI, or technology environment.Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.Proven ability to make outbound calls and engage confidently with senior decision-makers.A self-starter mindset — proactive, organised, and motivated to exceed targets with minimal supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).What We OfferOpportunity to shape and grow a new sales function from the ground up.Direct mentorship and exposure to the CEO and senior leadership.The package includes a salary of up to €35,000, depending on experience, plus commission.Flexible, collaborative work environment.The chance to make a measurable impact at an early-stage, high-growth AI company.
