This hybrid role blends content creation, social media management, and lead generation, offering a fantastic opportunity for a associate who wants to gain broad marketing and commercial experience in a high-impact, data-driven environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Generation & Business Development SupportIdentify and research potential leads based on target personas (e.g. cinema chains, film studios, industry tech platforms).Assist with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email—crafting outreach messages and managing follow-ups.Support the creation of lead capture assets such as gated content, event invites, or campaign landing pages.Help log and track leads, responses, and opportunities in CRM tools.Content & CampaignsWrite and publish bi-weekly thought leadership articles combining cinema trends with Showtime insights.Support wider marketing campaigns across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, email).Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to shape content that supports outreach and growth.Social Media ManagementPlan, schedule, and post across Showtime Analytics’ social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram).Monitor engagement and participate in relevant conversations to build awareness and community.Help grow our following among cinema exhibitors, studios, and entertainment tech audiences.Digital PerformanceTrack content and social performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and email metrics.Recommend optimisations based on performance data (e.g. best posting times, call-to-action tweaks).OtherMaintain and update website content as needed.Liaise with design/creative partners for visual content assets.Stay on top of cinema industry trends, digital marketing tools, and B2B growth tactics.REPORTING STRUCTURE:Reports to the Operations & Sales Team.KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Essential:Strong written communication who is confident writing for professional audiencesExperience managing social media accounts (can include university projects or internships)Curious mindset who is eager to learn digital tools, marketing systems, and outreach strategiesConfident working independently, managing multiple tasks and timelinesInterest in film, cinema, media, or tech-driven businessesDesirable:Exposure to digital marketing, lead gen, or B2B campaigns (internships, university societies, freelance work, etc.)Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Campaign ManagerA degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar is beneficial but not essentialWORKING ARRANGEMENT:Hybrid, with flexible working hours and onsite daysOccasional in-person team days or travel for industry eventsBased in Ireland, with right to work required
