Structural Assessor Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Assessor to lead our property evaluations in Cork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of domestic properties to ensure compliance with building and SEAI regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Determining project requirements through consultations with clients.
* Carefully inspecting existing buildings for defects and flaws.
* Gathering data and performing feasibility studies ahead of energy audits.
* Evaluating energy efficiency and conducting engineering calculations on dwellings.
* Developing scheme designs, timelines, and specifications for works.
Required Skills
* Substantial experience as a Structural Assessor or in a similar technical surveying role.
* Holding a recognised BER Assessor qualification or currently undertaking BER Assessor training.
* In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and SEAI guidelines.
