Role and Programme
Tirlán is offering unique opportunities for graduates to join our Finance team as Finance Associates in Kilkenny. The three-year graduate programme provides the opportunity to work across teams within the Finance function, including Accounting & Reporting and Finance Business Partnering teams.
Responsibilities
* Assist the team in month end and year end close processes
* Managing balance sheet account reconciliations
* Understand financial statement notes production
* Hands-on SAP and BCS consolidation system experience and posting of journals
* Exposure to financial statement notes production
* Analyse KPIs
* Assist the team in supporting the completion of the Financial planning process and supporting analysis
* Collaborate with finance teams to identify and resolve commercial finance challenges
* Work with the business to provide strategic insights, analysis, and guidance to drive profitability and sustainable growth
* Support finance teams in delivering BAU and project work
Requirements
* High academic record in Accounting and Finance, Business, International Business or Commerce; expected minimum 2.2 honours
* Ambition to progress in Accounting & Finance in a dynamic environment
* Commercial thinking and customer-centric approach
* Ability to drive collaboration and build partnerships
* Clear communication and influence at all levels
* Thirst for knowledge and desire to continually learn
* Analytical mindset with ability to develop creative insights and implement change
