Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role:
1. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team.
2. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, absence management, performance management, employee relations, and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of absences and attendance.
2. Identify breaches of company policies and procedures and take necessary action.
3. Carry out investigations and disciplinary procedures as required.
4. Produce regular reports on absence levels and trends.
5. Support the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
6. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve staff satisfaction and retention.
7. Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
8. Manage and support various HR projects and initiatives.
