We are currently partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a part-time Legal Executive to join their high-volume Debt Recovery and Mortgage Litigation team. This is a replacement role within a fast-paced, process-driven environment, offering a part-time schedule (3–4 days per week) with full onsite presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting litigation case administration from instruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with solicitors and legal executives, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met efficiently. This position would suit an experienced Legal Executive, administrator or a returner seeking a structured, responsible role with real impact on a 3 or 4 day week.
Key Responsibilities:
Support solicitors and legal executives across debt recovery and mortgage litigation matters
Manage case documentation from initial instruction through to conclusion
Proactively coordinate court lists, liaising with counsel and relevant parties
Track case activity and generate reports as required
Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in high-volume legal or case administration
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, accountable approach
