Project Manager - Finance Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive, depending on experience A growing organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year finance transformation programme. This role will suit someone who has managed complex change across finance functions and is confident working with senior stakeholders in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-workstream finance transformation initiative Develop project plans, RAID logs and progress reports for senior leadership Work with SMEs to design new finance processes and support automation opportunities Support system integration activity, data migration and testing plans Facilitate workshops, ensure cross-functional alignment, and manage stakeholder expectations Oversee budgets, resources and programme timelines Support change management activities including training and communication Requirements 5+ years' experience managing large finance or enterprise transformation projects Strong understanding of finance processes within a regulated or corporate environment Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Project management certification Experience with finance systems or reporting platforms desirable but not essential Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
