Semi-State Role
As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing projects and programmes to inform asset delivery decisions. You will work closely with other team members to support development management and planning referral activities.
* Analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
* Develop and implement project management plans.
* Provide GIS capabilities to support growth planning and forecasting.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on planning application referrals and manage correspondence & data.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A degree in Spatial/Urban Planning.
* 4+ years post-graduation experience in a similar position.
* Experience using project management tools.
* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a high-performance team with progression encouraged and supported. You will have great autonomy and exposure to important infrastructure works. The role involves working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with 3–4 days working from home and the remaining 1 or 2 in a local office.
