Job Title: Senior Project Cost Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cost Planning and Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
* Contract Management: Conduct feasibility studies to assess project potential and financial viability.
* Tender Evaluation: Oversee procurement process by valuing tenders, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractors.
* Project Monitoring: Monitor project costs and manage variations throughout the project's life cycle.
* Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports of project costs, budgets, and overall financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
