This is a contract role offering hybrid flexibility.Responsibilities:Serve as technical point of contact for business users, ensuring smooth resolution of operational requests.Offer troubleshooting & technical assistance for internal tools and systems.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.Document incidents and trends to inform improvements in support processes.Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows and user experience.Key Skills:Technical proficiency — familiarity with SaaS internal tools, support systems, or enterprise workflows.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with business and technical audiences.Ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage quick turnaround support cases.Experience working in fast-paced, user-centric environments.Experience:4+ years in technical support, business support engineering, or similar operational/technical roles.
