Job Description
As a Senior R&D Manager, you will provide leadership to a growing R&D Lifecycle Management team, technologies, and overarching program management of R&D departmental deliverables.
You will manage interfaces between Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory to plan and support R&D activities for product lifecycle management.
Additionally, you will organize and prioritize activities, including escalations, with cross-functional teams.
Technical expertise in neurovascular ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke products is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Engineering or Science with strong technical acumen is necessary.
* Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
* Significant experience in R&D or product sustaining roles in the medical device industry is required.
* Team leadership experience is also needed.
* Proficiency in statistical techniques is essential.
* Ability to work within design control systems and processes is required.
