Job Description:
The role of the Associate Director-Manufacturing is a strategic leadership position that drives excellence in learning and capability-building related to GxP, Health and Safety, Operations, and Central Functions at our sites.
This involves leading a team of professionals to execute high-quality learning initiatives that support business objectives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can balance global strategies with site-specific needs while ensuring a high level of audit and inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
* Serve as the primary technical Learning & Development Leader at the site, ensuring alignment with global Learning& Development strategies, policies, and procedures while meeting local operational needs.
Team Leadership & Development:
* Lead, develop, and inspire the site technical Learning & Development team, ensuring they are equipped to execute high-quality learning initiatives that support business objectives.
Learning Strategy & Execution:
* Design and implement site-specific site technical Learning initiatives that support compliance, manufacturing excellence, and employee development.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree minimum.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Manufacturing Training with a focus on regulated environments.
* Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and compliance training.
* Proven leadership experience in managing and developing L&D teams at site level.
