Product Quality Assurance Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Manager to lead our laboratory team and ensure the quality of our products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, analytical instrumentation, and regulatory requirements.
About the Job:
* Lead the QC area in the laboratory, providing direction, leadership, and support.
* Investigate laboratory issues and deviations, including chromatography and general analytical troubleshooting.
* Review and approve laboratory documentation, including SOPs and EOPs.
* Plan and schedule laboratory testing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Approve and dispose of raw materials, IPC, intermediate, water, and environmental monitoring samples.
* Review and approve data for CPV and APRs.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the lab, including 5S and Lean Labs programs.
* Method transfers and validation activities.
* Ensure the laboratory operates in a compliant manner and all processes and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
* Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or equivalent role.
* Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with laboratory management software and equipment.
