Senior Speech and Language Therapist Medforce are working with a South Dublin Primary Care which provides essential health services in the community, supporting individuals and families closer to home. Their multidisciplinary teams work collaboratively to deliver accessible, patient-centred care across a range of health needs with paediatrics. The Senior Speech and Language Therapist will: Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy services to paediatric clients (018 years) within a Primary Care setting. Carry out assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for individuals with communication, language, and speech difficulties. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary Primary Care team, supporting clients, their families/carers, and other health professionals. Supervise and support Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapists within the team. Key Responsibilities of Senior Speech and Language Therapist Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to paediatric client needs. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service evaluation and development. Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and care planning. Provide advice, education, and training to families, carers, and colleagues. Ensure services are delivered in line with professional standards and national policies. Act as a point of clinical expertise within the Primary Care team. Requirements of Senior Speech and Language Therapist CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, with significant experience in paediatric speech and language therapy. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience supervising junior staff desirable. #MEDAHP
